Welcome to the Ontario Waterway Cruises Website

Ontario is blessed with spectacular inland waterways: ...the Trent-Severn Waterway from Port Severn to Trenton meanders 386 km (241 miles) across central Ontario connecting Georgian Bay to Lake Ontario; ...the Bay of Quinte and Long Reach from Trenton to Kingston is a 120 km (75 mile) "inside" passage along the north shore of Lake Ontario; ...the Rideau Canal stretches a distance of 202 km (126 miles) across eastern Ontario from Kingston to Ottawa, Canada's capital city; ...and the Thousand Islands which are found in a 80 km (50 mile) section of the St. Lawrence River between Kingston and Brockville.

Each day the comfortable and spacious "Kawartha Voyageur" glides through a panorama of lakes and rivers with their connecting man-made channels and locks. Each day and night brings new appreciation of our forefathers' legacy - these incredibly beautiful waterways.

The atmosphere is uniquely friendly and casual with conversations and laughs among new friends. There isn't any formal entertainment or structured program but passengers enjoy cards and other table games, and a library of books and magazines. For history buffs, we have a fine collection of historic books and pictures pertaining to the canal and local pioneer days. Overnight docking sites at scenic locks and dams invite leisurely strolls or a sing-song around a campfire.
